Testimonials ~ feedback from Elizabeth’s courses and workshops

I wanted to say how blooming impressed I was re last night’s course.  I knew you were good at what you did, but seeing you doing it in the flesh and in such a brilliant way, bowled me over and am raring to go already with the descriptive praise and notebook is open and ready to go!!!  I know this is going to be brilliant for me.  I will be promoting you to the hilt.  I love how it’s broken down into a session per technique and you make it so easy to understand.  You are wonderful!!  So excited for next week already. Debbie Hussey, Mum of three.

Hi Elizabeth.
I thought I’d give you an update on my situation. Returned to court yesterday and finally got an agreement which means I no longer have to see my children at the contact centre, and after a few weeks of progressing the amount of access I have, within a few weeks I will be having full access to my kids.
The course which I attended and your supporting letter I feel has gone a long way to helping me achieve these goals and once again I would like to give you a huge thank you for your help and support. Keep up the good work.
Best wishes
Del Lathbury

Coming to the Parenting course was the best thing I have done and very good value for money too! I have learned a lot and it has changed the way I understand my children and be able to deal with the challenging situations. I feel blessed I had the opportunity to come and think Elizabeth is an amazing lady. She is gifted to do what she does and there is just no one like her. She is truly a godsend and I will be talking about her forever as she is a biggest idol to me. She must continue doing what she does as she does magic. Alexandra Slee – Mum of two

I attended the Positive Parenting course Elizabeth runs and would thoroughly recommend it. Elizabeth has a great delivery style, makes everyone feel at ease and welcome and her knowledge and expertise on parenting and helping parents is outstanding. The methods she taught me, and the way they are presented have really made a difference both to me and my daughter. Anyone reading this who is thinking of attending Elizabeth’s course please, do yourself the biggest favour you could for yourself and your child and go ahead and book. You won’t regret it.” Peter Lowson -Dad of one

Before coming on the course I felt that I was a useless parent and felt I was at a crossroads not knowing which way to turn. I was tired and exhausted having not had a full nights sleep for two years. Elizabeth gave me the techniques to be able to deal and sort these situations. I have been absolutely amazed with the results of practising these techniques. I know I can be a great parent and I now have so many tools to deal with every situation that occurs. Thank you Elizabeth you have restored my faith in myself, my parenting and most of all given me 4 nights full sleep in the first week of trying to get both children in bed! Rachael – Mum of two

Elizabeth O’Shea –truly inspirational as a trainer & what a wonderful experience to attend the Parent 4 Success course. I would highly recommend this course (and have done so already) for first time parents who are feeling overwhelmed & who want the best for their child /children but feel they are not succeeding as the best parent they can be. I loved this course – I was inspired to be a better parent. I started being more positive and that impacted greatly on Robert. Brilliant -The most wonderful course I have done since my last year at University. Jeannine –Mum of one

Elizabeth is a goddess and I want to marry her. She has counselled and worked on me as much as she has worked on issues regarding my daughter and her courses should be compulsory for all parents, especially my mother!! I’m sure her teachings will stay with us for many years and be used throughout my daughter’s childhood and even beyond. Thank you Elizabeth. Casey Jane Rand – Mum of One.

I feel that my daily life with my children has become a more positive experience and my children’s behaviour has improved. I feel I am equipped to move forward and continue to make positive steps with my children. Alex – Mum of two

Of all the jobs I’ve had, parenting is definitely the most challenging and the most important one to get right. I’m always interested in learning how to do things better and have enjoyed leaning new techniques to improve our family life. Maria -Mum of two

I’ve learned a good tool box of techniques to use at home. Elizabeth is very warm and engaging -plenty of real life examples. Jo -Mum of two

I’m more calm and in control. I think before an action. I try to be more consistent. I have more loving moments together and just a happier household. Alexandra -Mum of two

Elizabeth is fantastic –so understanding, considerate & has a solution for all problems presented to her. J. Pearson

Elizabeth is brilliant, understanding, professional. Full of useful information. She really helps me to understand the need to make my parenting positive. A Chaston

The talk you gave was brilliant and I have passed on a lot of your techniques to my husband which seem to be working so thank you. K. Webster

I have thoroughly enjoyed the course. Huge improvements have been made and I hope to implement each of the skills. To know I am not the only Mum who feels horrid helped me each week with that I was to learn. It was like a breath of fresh air. Elizabeth, thank you, thank you, thank you. I feel better equipped to face not only the school holidays but perhaps even longer. I will miss our sessions. Anna, Mum of three

This course helped me to think more positively about my attitude to parenting and it improved my motivation. It gave practical solutions to existing problems together with techniques which may arise in the future. It helped meeting other Mums and hearing about their issues and experiences. I find the descriptive praise easiest and I get a lot more cooperation from my children for notes and stickers in a book! Georgina, Mum of two

‘The Taming Tantrums course from Elizabeth was so useful it has literally changed the way we work with children in our nursery. Her 6 step plan is now adopted every day because it is so effective. We have seen a significant improvement in the behaviour of our children and the lessons are really simple to teach on to staff. Elizabeth is a great teacher and always has creative solutions to help you overcome everyday issues when dealing with children’s behaviour. Thank you Elizabeth!’ Hayley Peacock -Little Barn Owls Day Nursery, Horsham
